Welcome + Let’s Get Started
We are thrilled to welcome you into the power of the Dream Tank! This week we will be creating our Dream Chamber.

Your dream chamber is your sacred space for dreaming. Creating a chamber for yourself can include anything from leaving electronics outside of the room and turning off wifi to surrounding yourself with special objects and intentions you would like to incorporate into the dreamscape.

Dream Share
We cannot interpret dreams for other people. Like your intuition, your dreams are unique to you. What we can do is establish a framework and context for our dreams just like we can our intuitive impressions to build on and become more fluent with.
IMDOYD (In my dream of your dream)
We’ll be practicing an approach to dream share called IMDOYD
It is a practice that honors the dream as the dreamer’s dream and then provides insight through your unique lens.
Practice
When you wake from your dream, do your best to remain still and capture a single or a few things that connect you with your dream. Notice how you feel when you wake up. Are there any emotions attached to this immediate waking state?
1. Record your dream
2. Date and Title your dream
3. Share with the group in you feel inspired
