Week 9 Call

Protocol

Take illuminate remedy first (determine # of drops)
1. Identify point (chakra/organ/point on physical body)
2. Identify direction (up/dowwn/left/right)
3. Place fingers of both hands over point and rhythmically move in the direction that prioritized
4. Prioritize stone and place over point
5. Identify two points on body
6. Place hands over points and allow body to unwind freely
7. Take notes
8. Do this daily. You can follow same process as you did today or test to see what prioritizes daily
