Hang it whenever possible (it loves natural light!)

There are 7 chakras or main energy centers. These energies centers help to communicate how we relate to both our internal and external environment. The chakras connect the energetic bodies with the physical body. The root chakra or first chakra connects us with the earth and our physical body. The crown chakra connects us with Spirit and our divinity.
