40-Day Intuition Builder

Ready for some intuition mixed in with anatomy? Oh yeah!

Let’s look at sacral chakra intuitive indicators specific to planes of the body/chakra (frontal, transverse and sagittal).

Remember that the planes divide the body/energy centers into different directional parts. This is one way to structure and place intuitive impressions/sensations (to associate them with each plane aspect/direction). This is one (cool!) way to create clear context for intuitive information as it comes through.

Remember that the different directional aspects of the planes are associated with the following (if this isn’t clicking yet, it will).

Front: Projection (diving forward)

Back: Retraction (pulling back/shielding at back, need to guard)

Top: Avoid/Disconnect (anxiety at this part of body/chaos)

Bottom: Suppress (resistance/pushing down)

Left: Weak (collapse)

Right: Forced (explosion)

DAY 13: YOUR SACRAL CHAKRA ANCHOR

Which directional aspect of the sacral chakra do you feel you get pulled towards most easily? You could determine this based on your immediate sense, the direction that you feel most connection/dominance with (front/back, top/bottom, left/right) or the intuitive indicator associated with the specific direction.

We will term this your PRIMARY SACRAL INDICATOR REFLEX. That sounds really intense and serious. This is the directional aspect that dominates at the this energy center.

*If you’re freaking out because this is too anatomical or you feel like you’re getting lost, HANG TIGHT. This is just the beginning. This work demands your intention, attention, discipline and PRACTICE. Some of this will come immediately and other pieces will take more time and repetition to connect with. Don’t give up. THESE CONNECTIONS ARE WORTH EVERY BIT OF EFFORT being asked of your body and your mind.
