Ready to dive into the depths of the throat chakra shadows?
Sounds dark. It can be. AND it can be such an empowering, awe inspiring and magical experience.
I will say that I’ve witnessed (and known) the throat chakra to be one of the most intimidating energy centers to work with. This is the portal where we are bringing our inner world to the outer world through voice and expression. It can be tough to sit with the things that want to be communicated and actually verbalize those things, especially when they have been long suppressed and stifled.
AND there is so much more to the throat than just saying what you think or how you feel. Lots of potential interference resides here on all levels. So time to get excited about it and get to work:)
