Today we will be working with one of the primary root chakra energies. From the Chakredy® perspective, this is GROUNDING.
Grounding is one of the central energies of the root and one that can serve as an intuitive indicator because it anchors us in the center of our own root chakra.
Paying attention to when you feel grounded and ungrounded is essential to your intuitive development. Getting clear on what it FEELS like to be grounded in your physical body will help you notice when you’re being pinged that something is off because being ungrounded is an intuitive indicator for exactly that.
Anything that pulls you off center from your root chakra can serve as an intuitive indicator. So what better way to practice making these associations than sketching them out and assigning words, color and texture in your very precious notebook!
