DAY 17
Today we will be working with one of the primary solar plexus chakra energies. From the Chakredy® perspective, this is CENTEREDNESS.
When we are not centered at the solar plexus, we can count on being pulled in many different directions. As we know now, these directions can be associated with various energetic qualities and intuitive indicators.
So what does the solar plexus have to teach us today? Um, a lot.
Grab your notebook and start sketching out the associations you make with being centered and being uncentered. This is powerful stuff!

This is an opportunity for you to practice developing your energetic and intuitive vocabulary in a container where I can personally support you as well as the beautiful members of this community!
