Boundaries one of the central energies of the sacral and one that can serve as an intuitive indicator. Clear boundaries show us when we are anchored at a sacral level.
Knowing when you are coming from a place of clear or unclear boundaries is essential to your intuitive development. We’ll be exploring what it feels like to sit in both.
Today, you’ll practice making these associations by sketching them out and assigning words, color and texture in your very precious notebook!
