DAY 14
Today we’ll be exploring foundations and energies of Solar Plexus Chakra Intuition. I LOVE THE SOLAR PLEXUS!! Maybe this is because I’m up for a good challenge.
It’s been a central part of my own personal healing journey and a major piece to the unfolding of the Chakredy® work.
When you navigate the world through the lens of the solar plexus, you tend to FEEL it all. And that can be incredibly overwhelming. When you learn to cultivate the ability to sense from this energy center, life changes. You can still utilize this ability without over internalizing everything and responding to life from a place of hypersensitivity (which is not sustainable).
So much to connect with this week!
Looking forward to what this week has to offer you!
