Today we will be working with one of the primary heart chakra energies. From the Chakredy® perspective, this is COMPASSION.
When we are not centered at the heart, we can count on being pulled in many different directions. As we know now, these directions can be associated with various energetic qualities and intuitive indicators.
When we are not operating from a centered place at the heart (compassion being one of those energies) it is easy to see that we are being pulled in a different direction. And what do we know now about being pulled in different directions? That we can associate specific intuitive indicators with the energetic qualities of these directions.
Ok, so get your notebook and start sketching out the associations you make with experiencing a place of compassion AND a place of non compassion.
